Founded in 1998 by singer/songwriter Brad Palmer on lead guitar, harp and vocals, singing drummer Paul Holmberg and rhythm guitarist Mark “Numbers” Buhmann, the lads take their travelling blues from SE Qld beach to festival to outback Victoria. Young gun bassist Scott Denford joined the line up in early 2011. Bluesville Station takes the road rolling sounds of Creedence, mixes it with Neil Young and Johnny Winter’s blues, throw in strong rock influences like Eric Clapton, Canned Heat, emerging with their own huge original sound. Festivals include Gympie Muster, Blues On Broadbeach, Blues at Bridgetown, Burleigh Solstice, 1770 Fest, and Aust Blues Fest Goulburn. Blues radio plays them around Aust, Europe & USA, song ‘Keep On Rollin' was used in a Utah media campaign for train travel and standout offering Spanglish ‘No Tengo Dinero’, comes a long way from the band’s roots in original dashtapping boogie music about rolling down the highway. Six albums with 2012 'Step On The Gas' hitting No2 on the Australian Blues and Roots Airplay Charts!
